Every single staff member or person affiliated with the hotel was so friendly and helpful. They truly act like they love their job. I would love to come back once a week if I could get some room comps.

The hotel was clean bright and comfy. We had a few minor inconveniences with our room - the hairdryer did not work and the closet light stayed on the whole time. Otherwise A+. Nice bathrooms!

Convenient as it is just down the road from my house. We lose power a lot and NYSEG gives days as estimated restoration times so that is how we ended up getting a room at Del Lago.

I loved the staff, how professional and courteous they were. There were some great food options within the resort. The ambiance was perfect for a couples getaway.
